Sanctioned in September 2021, the Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information makes significant changes to privacy laws to give citizens more control over their personal data. It will come into force in three phases between 2022 and 2024.

That is why Cybereco offers this guide providing a practical view of the act by proposing a concrete action plan to help businesses understand and implement this law.
